8/16/11 PLAN MODIFICATION (1 initiating device affected): This plan modification is to modify the scope of work to include building a temporary 'house' for the existing FACP, NAC1, and VOIC1 panels; add a smoke detector above the panel, maintain detectors that were to be demo'd under the original scope of work, and delete some notification devices as shown on the plans. 6/30/11:This quick permit is to show the demolition of devices located in an area of the building that is to be demo'd and eventually remodeled. A separate permit shall be required to include new device locations for the remodeled areas. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD11-00836 Bishop Kelly High School - Administration and Main Entry Remodel and Addition - To demolish and remove approximately 7,100 square feet of existing building that contains administrative offices and a storage garage area. To reconstructed that portion of the building to contain reconfigured administrative offices and accessible restrooms and to constructed a 5,375 square foot addition that will contain a new main entry, lobby/study area, waiting area, new student commons and new mens and womens accessible restrooms. This permit also includes the construction of a new exterior entry plaza and other associate site improvements. This addition and remodel is being done on the northwest side of the high school. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
