Spoke to Tim Ezell at Crane Alarm. The records for this addres indicate there was an AES RF radio instead of a DACT. This submittal is to replace the panel, however phone lines are shown on the one-line diagram and no AES information was provided. Per Tim, they are going to re-use that existing AES panel. I explained that I would need all of the AES documentation as if it were new since they are not the company that installed it. He stated he would bring all of the information to me. I let him know that I could just red-line the riser diagram rather than have him resubmit since this is a panel replacement and needs to get taken care of ASAP.
