The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of demolishing a portion of a building and the associated fire protection system. No new work is involved in this permit. The complete building, including the demo area, non-demo area and the office area must be entirely vacant (no personnel, no manufacturing, and no storage of any kind). The only people that can be in the building are construction workers.


Building Department Scope:

Contractor’s Note: The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. These changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be required to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit they will do so on their own cognizance.
