(APRIA HEALTHCARE) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,895 sq. ft. office / warehouse tenant (BLD09-01309) by combining with the adjacent space to create a 3,750 sq.ft. office / warehouse space. This building was built in Ada County and later annexed into the City of Boise. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [installation of new non-rated walls to create two new open office areas, an exam room, a break room, and to expand the existing restroom to comply with current accessibility standards], installation of new lighting, minor mechanical (no new units), and interior finishes in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **TLW**
