Per the contractor, no other fire alarm work is associated with this scope of work. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD11-01683 (BENJAMIN ST. HOME DECOR - Library Plaza) Permit is to finish out an existing 3,868 sq. ft. vanilla finish created under BLD11-01380. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new lighting and interior finishes in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. Could not get the hvac unit to turn on. It actually started to smoke from the return intake. No testing was able to be performed. Re-inspection fee applied.
