Overhead hydrostatic test failed due to pressure loss at the gauge. Noted re-inspection items include; plan resubmittal required due to: 18 additional upright heads not shown on the original design or included in the calculations, added 45's and 90's at the 4" grid mains, 2 1/2" main has been changed to 3", column protection is not included, missing longitudinal brace at mech. room 44, secure two retainers, upright coverage at the north mechanical access area is overspaced at 140ft2. Previous corrections finished are; sprig height at beams, axis adjustment, spacing at mechanical access 47 and south mech. access.

System 10 inspection failed due to multiple deficiencies including; mechanical room 44- overspaced coverage at the west wall, five uprights below max. distance from the deck, missing seismic brace at 4" main, 3" main has been installed in place of 2 1/2" per the approved plan, 4" main installed on the opposite side of the beam, 6" feed main has been relocated, four 45 deg. ells have been added to the 4" main. Missing retainer at NW stair 60, four added 45 ells at S/W stair main. Mechanical access area- 4 upright heads exceed min. separation distances, added 90's at branchline, missing retainers, overspaced upright adjacent to division wall. Mechanical mezzanine 43- blocked heads at new beams, 10 added 90's at one 2" branchline, several sprig-ups are out of axis, noted approx. 15 added heads under various obstructions which are not included in the design. Access unavailable at one portion of the mechanical service area. Due to project schedule and a majority of plant process equipment already installed, some aspects of the system are not accessible for satisfactory inspection.
