Add, relocate and plug sprinklers due to new wall configuration.

(RDG FILINGS - DRAKE COOPER BUILDING – Ste# 110) To create a 4,256 square foot office tenant space on the 1st story of an existing building by combining two tenant spaces shown on BLD10-02759. That permit was for RDG; however, it left vacant a large portion of the first floor which will now be occupied by RDG. Work is to include: interior nonbearing walls, installation of glass partitions, installation of accessible doors / hardware, removal of existing unisex restroom (including plumbing fixtures), and interior finishes in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
