NOTE: This building was built in 1995; therefore the requirements during the time of the system install included a manual pull station and a smoke detector above the panel that have not been indicated on the plans. The contractor has agreed to provide both devices under this permit scope of work. Inspector to field verify – as built drawings and documentation are required.

No testing was performed due to the need to install shielded wire per the installation manual. Also need a map for the facp. As-builts need to be provided showing the supervisory being actually a trouble signal. Plan review is ok with this since the panel is not capable of a separate supervisor signal. I also spoke to the apartment manager about providing the required Knox Key Box and the annual inspections for the fire sprinkler system being seven years old. Necton was not verified.
