This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing manual fire alarm system in to the tenant space. This permit scope of work includes adding and/or relocating notification to accommodate the tenant improvement and tie them in to existing circuits. There are no initiating devices affected by this scope of work.

Associated building permit: BLD11-00308 (**Vanilla Finish** - River Quarry Bldg "B" - Ste#210) Permit is to separate off a 12,488 square foot area off an existing 16,171 square foot 2nd floor tenant space for a new tenant. PLAN MODIFICATION 9-22-11 – Modification submitted to decrease area of vanilla finish and to include miscellaneous demo of interior non-bearing walls.**TLW** Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
