(INTERMOUNTAIN MEDICAL IMAGING - ENLARGED OPENING IN EAST EXTERIOR WALL) (DRH11-00158) This building has a fire sprinkler system. To enlarge an existing window opening in the East exterior masonry wall of an existing 6,518 square foot building to facilitate removing an existing MRI machine. Work is to include a steel header, steel columns, epoxy bolts, and welding. A temporary nonbearing wall infill will be constructed within the enlarged opening for security and weather reasons. Epoxy anchors and welding require Special Inspection. The tenant improvement work for this tenant will be done under permit BLD11-02020. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This permit is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. No other work is authorized by this permit. **CJW**
