Building Department Scope:

Parcel owner is GC//10-5-11(ZGA ARCHITECTS AND PLANNERS - River Quarry Bldg "B" - Ste#205) Permit is to remodel an existing 5,400 square foot 2nd floor tenant space for a new tenant. Fire sprinklered for rating substitution. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create 1 small office, 2 new conference rooms, a break room, a server room, and a large studio area], installation of new doors / accessible hardware, new break room cabinetry, new plumbing, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
