(IDAHO STATE REGIONAL CENTER) This building is fully sprinklered in compliance with high-rise code provisions. Build out a new 2,865 sq. ft. office tenant in a vacant shell space on the north side of the first floor of the existing 7 story Royal Plaza building per approved plans. Work to include construction of interior non-combustible walls to create two (2) common core accessible HIS & HERS restrooms and a closet; tenant break area, open office area, three private offices, a meeting room, conference room and reception & waiting area; code compliant doors, hardware and interior finishes; millwork, suspended acoustical tile/grid and suspended hard lid ceilings; provide electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems upgrade and code compliance for this new tenant space and core areas involved with tenant improvement. drs
