The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The new sprinklers are being added on a one for one basis. The old flow test of 1998 and the new flow test of 11-09-11 are the same S-55. R-20, Q-3000


Building Department Scope:

Contractor’s Note: The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
