The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding protection above and below four canopies by utilizing antifreeze systems. Each riser is equipped with a reduced pressure backflow preventer.


Building Department Scope:

(FRANKLIN TOWNE PLAZA-PHASE 4 EXTERIOR REMODEL) Permit is to remodel an existing shopping complex including multiple properties and buildings (Buildings separated by two-hour fire walls). NOTE – Performance Bikes canopy is on a property line. The architect has submitted a lot line adjustment. Until adjustment is approved, no construction is to begin on this canopy. Check with Tim W. to see if adjustment is approved.**TLW** These buildings are fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, attached engineering, and plan review report. Work to include: remodeling of existing canopies including: new roof construction, new column build outs, and new finish materials. These buildings are fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to these buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
