The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations. All sprinklers are to be changed to quick response type.


Building Department Scope:

(**VANILLA TI** – Forest River IV – Ste# 300) Permit is to split a 7,558 square foot office tenant into two separate tenant spaces. This permit is for the 3,582 square foot SW corner of the 3rd floor; the remaining 3,951 square foot is permitted under BLD11-02608. The sprinkler system is to be upgraded with quick response heads under this permit to allow 100 ft. common path and to downgrade the corridor. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new non-combustible interior partition walls to separate this area from the remainder of the space. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
