The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing residential protection to an addition of a home. The new piping is 1” and will connect to the existing 1” piping. Two additional, sprinklers have been provided on the demising wall between the garage and addition.


Building Department Scope:

This project is for the addition of 559 s.f. of living space, 88 s.f. of exterior above grade deck area and 382 s.f. of single care garage to the south west end of the existing 2949 s.f. 3-story single family dwelling in the R-1B- WUI - foothills zone with R-1B setbacks approved by Joan Johnson. Fully fire sprinklered per Hackberry # 3 plat notes. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, soils and structural engineering details with engineer's calculations along with the plan review notes. Pep
