The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations. All sprinklers on the entire floor are to be changed to quick response type before occupancy of any space.


Building Department Scope:

(**VANILLA TI** – Forest River IV – Ste# 330) Permit is to split a 7,558 square foot office tenant into two separate tenant spaces. This permit is for the 3,951 square foot NE corner of the 3rd floor; the remaining 3,582 square foot is permitted under BLD11-02607. The sprinkler system is to be upgraded with quick response heads under this permit to allow 100 ft. common path and to downgrade the corridor. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work is all covered under BLD11-02607. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
