The zones being reported to the fire alarm panel annunciator do not match those listed on the approved plans. As-built plans are required that match. The zone for the wet system water flow switch reported incorrectly as a smoke detector. This also will need to be changed. The four new duct smoke detectors, as shown on the approved plans, do not shut down the hvac units as required. They will need to be corrected and re-tested.
