The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding fire protection to an existing basement system. The area the tenant occupies is being expanded by 578 ft2. The existing system has a 6” UDG with a 3” backflow preventer, 3” main and telescoping branch piping.

*(WineKeeper)* Permit is to expand an existing 850 sq ft tenant in the existing basement into the adjacent 578 sq ft creating a 1,428 square foot storage space. Work to include, construction of interior partitions, installation of foam insulation and new gypboard ceiling, extending hv ac system into the new area, install chain link fencing within space to create individual storage areas, installation of LED lighting system with occupancy sensors, miscellaneous related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklerd.
