Work to include construction of interior non-bearing walls to define tenant space, interior private office, open office area, accessible compliant break room area, storage and support areas. Walls are to be constructed as indicated on plans by the architect. There is one accessible restroom indicated on plans. Only one is required. Drinking fountain not required. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area and story increase. Separate applications, plans, review, approval, and permits are required for sprinkler system work and for alarm system work, all as regulated by the fire department, before work on these items begin.
