(SUBWAY – Capitol Terrace Bldg) Permit is remodel an existing 1,846 sq ft restaurant tenant space into a new restaurant tenant space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing non-combustable walls, new equipment, new furnishing, [plumbing, mechanical, and electrical modifications], and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
