Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and CZC10-00202. Work to include: construction of exterior elevated platform for new generator and equipment, installation of new split system (mechanical), and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
