(REVOLVE CONSIGNMENT AND BRIDAL BOUTIQUE) Minor interior remodel changing the occupancy from professional service to retail in existing 1,686 sq. ft. space per approved plans. This space is located within a strip mall shopping center. The West wall is shared with Papa Murphy’s. The East wall is shared with Idaho Camera. Work to include: construct interior non-bearing wall partitions for three dressing rooms and (1) accessible dressing room; construct a point of sale counter with an accessible portion; construct a non-bearing wall partition to be used to separate the regular consignment clothing area from the bridal consignment clothing area; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and applicable codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
