Please note that this approval is under special circumstances due to the layout of the building as is not to be considered normally accepted placement. Please see Boise Municipal Code 7-01-47 for further information. 2-21-12:This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new sprinkler monitoring fire alarm control panel with a GSM communicator for signal transmissions. This scope of work includes a pull station, GSM communicator, smoke detector above the panel, and sprinkler system monitoring. There is no HVAC indicated on the plans. Left a message for Rob at Protex letting him know I could not complete the review because the building plans have not been reviewed yet. There is no occupant load figured out yet, and because there could potentially be more than 100 above the exit discharge, there may be a full manual system required rather than just sprinkler monitoring.
