This fire alarm permit is to provide a new NAC panel in 1st Floor Telecom 1LR208 to accommodate notification in two new conference rooms, and to provide a smoke detector above the new NAC panel due to a tenant improvement.

Associated building permit: BLD12-00216 (ST.LUKES-CENTRAL LAUNDRY FACILITY) (PORTIONS OF 2ND FLR & FIRST FLOOR LOBBY) Tenant improvement to create a new non-rated wall to create an office and a conference room on second floor. Project also includes new finishes on the second floor and first floor lobby. New interior finishes and millwork over plan. Scope of work does not change area, occupancy group or occupant load. The second floor is not occupied at this time. This T.I. is in preparation for future tenant. Future tenant will need to apply for own T.I. and certificate of occupancy. This is a fully fire sprinklered building. Any modifications to the building fire sprinkler system will require a separate permit. drs
