This quick permit is to connect the kitchen hood suppression system to an existing spare zone (zone #4) on the existing panel. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD11-02505 (COSTA VIDA) Remodel for a new 3,060 sq. ft. assembly tenant space within an existing 10,512 square foot building per approved plans. Work to include: construct new interior noncombustible walls to create new accessible mens and womens restrooms, a new corridor, and a dining/kitchen separation wall; construct a half height service counter wall and cabinets; install new doors and associated hardware; new grid ceiling with lights, and emergency lighting; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, interior finishes, millwork, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. This building has a 3 hour fire-resistive floor system for separation from the underground enclosed parking garage per the 1985 UBC, allowing this building to be considered as a stand alone structure for area and height. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
