(EASTER SEALS GOODWILL – Benjamin Plaza – Ste # 150) To remodel an existing 4,901 sq ft office tenant space for a new office tenant. This space was created as a vanilla finish under BLD05-02308. Work to include: installation of new interior non-bearing walls to create additional defined areas, demolition of existing interior nonbearing walls, installation of a new unisex accessible restroom, new hi/low drinking fountain, relocated lighting, new light switching, and installation of interior finishes in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
