Add and change sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling construction.

(INTERFAITH SANCTUARY HOUSING-MENS RESTROOM UPGRADE) Remodel to continue phased construction program for work required under an existing Upgrade Agreement (see BLD08-02236) on file. This phase to include upgrading the Men's restroom to current accessibility standards; create rooms designated as future shower and unisex restroom with perimeter walls and installing rough-in plumbing lines for future fixtures; change out existing 5 ton RTU with a new 4 ton unit connected to existing ductwork; added new walls re-define previous proposed sleeping areas to become Administration & Hospitality Rooms. Sleeping Unit #1-Single Men will be slightly increased in size and existing Sleeping Room 109A indicated for use for 6 residents will be reduced in size, all as indicated on reviewed plans. The scope of this permit will begin providing compliance for a portion of Phase 4 as indicated in upgrade agreement on file. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered in accordance with requirements for "R" occupancy fire areas per Ch. 9, 2006 IBC. drs
