Plans denied. The scope of work has two parts - the first is to monitor a new ammonia detection system. The second part is a request to split the wings of the building and only notify parts of the building. I explained to the contractor this is not allowed because it is not three separate buildings. The main distribution center is one building, therefore the entire building needs to be notified in the event of an alarm.
