(GYMBOREE OUTLET – Boise Factory Outlets) Permit is to remodel an existing 2,000 sq. ft. retail tenant space. The last tenant to occupy this space was “Harry & David” under BLD01-02189. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [installation of new non-rated walls to create a stock room and an exit hallway], installation / relocation of lighting, minor mechanical (no new units), and interior finishes in accordance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **TLW**
