None of the addressing on the city approved plans matches the actual installed addresses. Also after testing was completed I found the the monitoring account had not been set up and no signals had been received by the monitoring station. The hi/low pressure switch has been programed for alarm and not the required supervisory signal. A map at the facp has not been provided yet. Teh manual pull station was mounted too high but was lowered prior to my leaving the job site.. Phone lines tested ok. Entire system will need to be retested when the monitoring account has been set up.

Plans denied - can not complete review because the occupant load has not been calculated by the building official. In addition, this permit must be attached to a tenant improvement permit, which has not yet been submitted. Because the estimated occupant load is close to or over 300, the plans must either wait to be resubmitted after the building official has calculated the occupant load, or must be resubmitted with a manual fire alarm system. No written review comments have been done at this time.
