You and I spoke this morning regarding Dave & Buster’s Shell, Boise Towne Plaza, BLD12-01039 & FIR12-00285; and the upcoming Dave & Buster’s Tenant Improvement (D&B TI) to be constructed within this Shell space. We proposed and you agreed that two requirements:1- hydrostatic testing of the existing piping (drops were removed and plugged or sprigged-up to temporary shell upright sprinklers), and 2- the change out of mixed temperature sprinklers, could be performed during and after the new D&B TI are completed. This delay of the two items is contingent upon Treasure Valley Fire Protection (TVFP) being contracted to perform the tenant work within a timely schedule. Should TVFP not be awarded the Dave & Buster’s T.I. work, or should the T.I. work be delayed or canceled, TVFP has agreed to return and complete these two items, prior to any other contractor working on the system.

This afternoon we again spoke and you confirmed that your research has lead you to the conclusion that the new Arcade occupancy/hazard classification falls somewhere between Light Hazard (club, office, restaurant seating area) and Ordinary Group 2 Hazard (mercantile); therefore you will review working plans utilizing Ordinary Hazard Group 1 requirements.

Rough-in passed. Piping placement, on the plans, does not necessarily match the actual installation. Piping needs to be hydro tested. Also per the plans the temp. and responce needs to match on all heads which it does not. There are 165 heads installed at the south/front of the project. The rest of the heads are 200 degree.
