Ken Webster called to let me know the owners do intend on keeping the AES for monitoring. I let him know that since the AES information was not indicated on the plans, it would not be acceptable to field verify with as-builts. I let him know I would be willing to approve the plans with the understanding that a plan modification would be required and that includes additional review feels; or I could deny the plans and he could resubmit with that an other changes he and I had discussed and there would only be the review fee assessed once I approved the permit. He opted to have me deny the plans and he will resubmit.
