Emailed the applicant to ask for direction. The plans indicate a voice evacuation system is required, however the building review has not been completed and indicates a voice evacuation system is not required. I asked the applicant to either 1)acknowlege the plans will be denied until the building review is complete, or 2) obtain a letter from the owner stating they want the voice evacuation system regardless of the occupant load.
