Description	The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a new single story building. New 6”x 203± C-900 piping will supply a 4” riser with a 4” wall piv, 4” backflow preventer and 4” riser manifold. The 4” feed main supplies a tree type system with 2½” & 3” cross-mains and 1¼” branch lines. The majority of the building is light hazard except for the receiving area, which was designed for ordinary hazard II. The building is framed with steel beams and bar joist.

All piping can be covered except the south "east/west" corridor and southeast room. Head installation is not complete in these two areas. Also additional sprinkler coverage will be required in the "electrical room" due to a half ceiling being installed. Also two additional dry pendants will be required behind the condensor units in the cooler.

See the city approved plans for two locations marked in red where the hardlid ceilings can be installed. Also the rough-in inspection for the overhead lines passed. Not all of the drops have been installed/piped. I noted two locations where retaining straps are not bent over the truss. Also plan modifications will be needed due to additional elbows in both the 2 1/2" and 4" mains that supply the remote areas.
