Description	The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of the basement and fire pump. The fire pump is rated at 750 Gpm @ 175 Psi. There will be two 6” supplies to the fire pump and two FDC connections. The fire pump is equipped with a 6” by pass and 6” hose test header. The system layout for the basement consists of a pressure reducing valve (set at 125#) a 3” loop with 1¼” branch piping. All sprinklers are quick response type. The basement also has a 4” header with (3) 4” dry pipe valves for the 3-5 floors. The underground is under permit FIR12-00605 The standpipes is under permit FIR12-00634

Per my previous review, various letters and conversation, it was discussed that the fire pump room at 8th and main does not comply with NFPA 20. I understood that the fire pump room was to be isolated per NFPA 20 requirements. The changes will of course be required BEFORE any occupancy is permitted. The sprinklers in this area may need to be revised due to the new wall configuration. What is the status of making these changes to the fire pump room?
