The pre-screen was not accepted. The application indicates the applicant as the designer, however the building set includes fire alarm drawings stamped by Thad Mason. These plans must be reviewed by the designer of record prior to submitting the plans to the City of Boise. The fire alarm plans must either be stamped by the designer or a letter from the designer must be provided indicating the plans have met the design intent. The application and checklist must be revised to indicate the correct designer information and the checkbox selected indicating you have provided the letter from the engineer. The revised application and checklist must be emailed to scobbley@cityofboise.org (please do not go back through e-apply). The drawings must be re-uploaded once they have been reviewed by the engineer.
