Spoke with Kenny at State Fire. He had questions regarding the redlines I made. There was some confusion at first until I realized he was asking about the original redlines from 1/30/13 and not the plan modification redlines made on 5/7/13. He said he had not picked those up from the permit desk yet. I recommended he pick those up and review them prior to resubmitting the plan modifications. He said he would do so and call if he had questions.

Spoke to Kenny regarding the information requests. It was determined that there are enough issues with the plans that go beyond a "field verify". I gave him the option of me rejecting the plans now, or because I know the system is capable of supporting the changes needed, I can approve the plans with the understanding that a plan modification will be required prior to final inspection and that it will result in additional review fees. Kenny opted for me to approve the plans and understands that a plan modification will be required.
