Need as-builts showing the manual pull station at the entrance being relocated and the addition of a monitor module for the PIV. Also one hvac unit would not shut down under heat mode and the other hvac unit would not go into heat mode so that we could test the duct smoke detector. All other devices tested ok.

Spoke to T.J. at Nelson Electric Co. (designer) regarding questions I had about the design:
1)This building is not required by code to have anything other than Sprinkler and HVAC monitoring. Is this a voluntary system? ANSWER: Yes
2)The scope of work states a complete automatic detection system, however there are not smoke detectors throughout. Please verify the intent. ANSWER: This is intended as a partial coverage system to provide smoke detection in restrooms, closets, and other spaces that are not frequently occupied or frequently checked on by employees (due to potential unpredictable clientele)
3)This is a fully sprinklered building, therefore only one pull station is required. Are the additional pull stations wanted? ANSWER: yes, per owner’s request
4)Please state the uses of rooms Ante 131 and Biohazard 120 for verification of notification requirements. ANSWER: Both rooms are storage rooms
5)The City of Boise does not require exterior visual notification (the sprinkler flow bell is all that is required for exterior sprinkler flow notification), is this device still desired? ANSWER: Yes, per owner request.
