Need to provide WP notification devices at the guest room bathrooms per review notes, HT supervision and CO devices are not yet installed, field install does not correlate to the approved plan with regard to which rooms are ADA/hearing impared and provided with visual coverage, wall mount notification appliances should not be installed in a ceiling mount position. No testing performed due to modifications and adjustments necessary.

Installing contractor, Earl of Fire Sentry, called to discuss today's acceptance test issues. He stated that the owner changed the quantity of accessible rooms so the actual quantity of accessible room verses that shown on the apporve drawings does not match. Earl wanted to know if a plan modification would be required. We discussed the fact that several other items had not been completed in time for the inspection and that a subsequent inspection request would be made in the future. I informed him that if all other issues were completely resolved and accepted at the next test and that these were the only issues with the plans that they could be noted corrections on the as built drawings but if there were any other items, then a plan mod would be required.

Here is a list of the things that changed which precipitated this plan mod submittal:

ADA room 206 was changed at the owners request to room 310.

ADA room 208 was changed at the owners request to room 312.

ADA room 209 was changed at the owners request to room 410.

ADA room 509 was changed at the owners request to room 412.

ADA room 508 was changed at the owners request to room 510.

ADA room 521 was changed at the owners request to room 512

The owner also added 5 CO detectors. There are two fireplaces in the 1st floor great room. One CO detector was placed in the middle of the great room, and one detector each in 4 2nd floor rooms directly above the two fireplaces.
The 5 CO detectors (installed by others) are now going to be monitored by the FACP via mini monitor modules. This was not required, but an owner requested change.

Lastly, there is existing heat tape at the top of the north stairwell (6th floor). We will monitor the heat tape with a mini monitor module.
