Items tested today include all MP stations, SD at the common, public and employee work areas on both the first and second floors, riser supervision, elevator recall and machine room functions, RA. Verified previous correction items are finished with the exception of a points map at the panel and ADA room coverage. Need to provide descriptors for all second floor initiating devices. Notification testing to be scheduled in advance as discussed with contractor and building manager on site.

Items noted include; provide a MP at stairway #2 second floor exit door, visual notification at ADA rooms to meet guidelines per NFPA 72 table 18.5.4.6.2, adjust cd settings at notification appliances in mech. room 130 and facilities room 137, post signage at the door leading to the FACP per review note #25, post points map including location of the CO detectors, relocate HD at the elevator machine room, provide for shunt trip and include revision on operations matrix. Functional testing pending corrections and adjustments.

Mountain Alarm installer "Tim" called with an update. Installation is proceeding and they expect corridor smokes and notification operational by the end of today. Sprinkler riser should be complete by end of tomorrow. Numerous issues found. T-tapping of NAC circuits, EOL missing on NAC circuit and single stage smoke detectors not operational.

On site with Gordon Goldsmith of fire prevention to view progress. Mountain Alarm expecting to get sprinkler risers, hallway detection, pull stations and hallway notification functional by end of today. Finding numerous problems with t-tapped NAC circuits. They are repairing them as they find them. They are porposing to their customer to replace the existing single station detectors, as they are original install equipment from 1996. Anticipated completion is around 6/28/13
