The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a new 3 level residential building per NFPA 13R

To construct a wood frame, Three story, 20,412 sq. ft., 18 Unit Multi Family Dwellings All units exceed 800 sq. ft., are fully sprinklered W/ alarm. Work includes associated site work, footing & foundation, structural & non-structural framing; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm work; fire-resistive construction between units, at stair enclosures or rated corridor breezeways; accessible Type 'A' & 'B' units; interior cabinetry, wall, floor and ceiling finishes and fixtures. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. This building will be fire sprinkled with a 13R sprinkler system. **SRZ** DRH13-00005 CUP12-00064
