Two areas will change occupancy classification form B to F-1 as per approved plans. Scope of work to include; non-bearing interior partition walls as per approved plans. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical per approved plans. All interior finishes shall meet the requirements of chapter 8 IBC. . This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Separate permits required for modification to the fire sprinkler and alarm system.**AJS**
