The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(J JILL) (Space 1180) Permit for interior tenant improvements to an existing 4,103 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the removal of interior finishes and some interior nonbearing partition walls, electrical, plumbing fixtures and the suspended ceiling. New work will include the installation of new interior nonbearing partition walls (noncombustible), a new accessible restroom, new fitting rooms including one fully accessible fitting room, new lighting, new gypsum ceiling, related interior finishes and interior and exterior hvac units with associated ductwork. All work per the approved plans.
