The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of changing sprinkler from standard response to quick response and relocating of some sprinklers.

Permit for interior improvement to three existing restrooms on the lower level with work to include the installation of new finishes, accessories and restroom fixtures.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
