The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

To create a 2,045 square foot office tenant space located in the Northeast corner of the 9th story of a new high-rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors and glass sidelights, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This tenant space shall not be occupied until the egress path to the 2nd stairway is defined by a corridor having exit signs and emergency lighting. All high-rise fire and life safety systems must also be installed and operational before occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
