The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

This building fire protection systems were originally approved under permit FIR12-00266. Per the owner, the building is being constructed in phases. The original permit was finaled therefore, a new permit was create for this phase.

Permit to finish the south 6,235 sq.ft. of a 12,318 sq.ft. building. This phase will include the restaurant, bar, walk-in cooler, kitchen, seating area and patio seating area. This is a VB structure designed as non-separated use per IBC section 508.3. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system for monitoring of the fire sprinkler system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
