The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. Permit for Minor remodel and downsizing to an existing tenant space. (ALLSATE WILL NEED NEW C OF O PRINTED WHEN PROJECT IS COMPLETED SEE BLD13-02685) Scope of work to includes demolition as per approved plans. Allstate will remain in a portion of the building and be a separate tenant suite (BLD13-02685). Scope of work will create a new tenant space of 12,732 sq ft. The space will include 7 offices (3 existing) 2 open office areas, waiting reception area, storage area, existing break room, 3 conference rooms (2 existing), R&D and various accessory uses as per approved plans. All new walls are nonbearing noncombustible. Interior finishes shall be per chapter 8, IBC. One new door will be cut in existing tilt up panel wall with new sidewalk and an existing sidewalk will be widened per approved plans. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **AJS**
