The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Demolition of an existing fitness studio tenant and restaurant tenant, combining two tenant spaces into one new 4,937 square foot retail liquor store. Interior demolition work completed under BLD13-01857. Work to include: construct new interior walls to create a new office, break room and point of service counters; upgrade lighting; relocate an existing drinking fountain; and fire sprinkler modifications; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase provisions. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
