Items noted include; a plan modification will be required due to deletion of elevator recall functions (SD's and HD's), floor plan changes, addition of two MP stations, and changes in notification circuts. Need to provide missing coverage at conference rooms and common areas, post sign at the door to the FACP room, cd settings need adjusted at some locations, spacing and coverage need modified as noted. Plans to match field installation. Provide confirmation from the state elevator division regarding elevator recall.

REceived a call frim Brett Andersen requesting further detail on my review comment requesting room desctiptions.. I told him that the basement showed visual notification for all rooms except for 2 that weren't labeled for their use. Without room definition, I was not able to determine why visuals weren't included for these rooms. He said that he understood and would visit the site to get the information for the resubmittal.
